Good news: if you have a Petdirect account, you're already a Pet Perks member. There's no separate sign-up and nothing to pay. If you don't have an account yet, creating one is all it takes.
Shopping as a guest
You can still check out as a guest. Just keep in mind that guest orders:
- don't earn points
- don't get member pricing
- don't count towards your tier
Points and member pricing can't be added to an order afterwards, even if you create an account or sign in later. The same goes for in-store purchases when you haven't been identified at the till. So sign in before you check out, or let our team know you have an account before they complete your sale.
What members get
- Points on every shop: earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on products, online, in the app or in store. Shipping doesn't earn points.
- Member pricing: up to 15% off food and flea treatments (exclusions apply).
- Rewards: spend your points on rewards at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 points. At 800 points you can choose a $15 voucher instead.
- Challenges: earn bonus points for things like completing a survey or leaving a product review.
Everyone starts at Sidekick. Your tier is based on what you spend over a rolling 12 months, and you move up as soon as you reach the next level.

Every tier earns the same 1 point per $1. There are no tier multipliers.
On Autodeliver? Every customer gets up to 20% off every Autodeliver order, whatever their tier. It doesn't stack with member pricing, so an Autodeliver order gets the Autodeliver discount rather than both.
How to become a member
- Online: create your Petdirect account, then make sure you're signed in whenever you shop.
- In store: ask our team at the till to set you up with an account. Next time, just let them know you have an account before they complete your sale.
Membership is one account per person. You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's consent. P4P breeder accounts aren't part of Pet Perks.
