- In store: let our team know you have an account so they can identify you at the till before they complete your sale. Member pricing then applies automatically.

Guest checkouts miss out
Guest orders, online or in store, don't get member pricing or earn points. Member pricing can't be added to an order afterwards, even if you create an account or sign in later.
Good to know
- Exclusions apply: not every food or flea treatment product is included, and the products that are eligible can change.
- Autodeliver: every customer gets up to 20% off every Autodeliver order. Member pricing doesn't stack with the Autodeliver discount, so an Autodeliver order gets the Autodeliver discount rather than both.
- Points: you earn 1 point for every $1 you actually pay for products, after member pricing and any other discounts.
