Orijen $10,000 Cash Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoters: This promotion is conducted by ORIJEN.co.nz Limited, in partnership with Petdirect.co.nz Ltd (Petdirect), both New Zealand-registered companies. (together, “the Promoters”). ORIJEN.co.nz Limited trades as Nature’s Ki.
  2. Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 12:01am Wednesday 3 June 2026 to 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June 2026 (NZDT).
  3. Eligibility: To be eligible for the promotion, Customers must be New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, hold a New Zealand bank account, and must be a registered Petdirect Pet Perks member. 
    • Entrants must ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of entry.
    • Employees of the Promoters, their related entities, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible for the promotion.
  4. Verification Requirements: The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by the Promoters may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. The Promoters are not responsible for incorrect or outdated contact details provided at the time of purchase.
    • The winner may be required, at the Promoters’ discretion, to provide:
      • Proof of purchase and Pet Perks Membership (e.g. Petdirect order confirmation or receipt)
      • Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. driver licence or passport).
      • Proof of New Zealand Bank Account.
  5. Entry: One entry will be awarded for each qualifying purchase of Orijen products placed at Petdirect retail stores or online during the promotional period (includes “Click and Collect” and Autodeliver subscriptions)
    • A maximum of 10 entries will be awarded per customer, identified per unique customer account (Petdirect Pet Perks membership). Duplicate customer accounts are not accepted and qualify as one single customer.
    • The Pet Perks membership account must be attached to the transaction at time of purchase.
    • Any entries submitted via automated, scripted, or bot-assisted means are invalid.
    • Entries earned from purchases that are subsequently refunded before Tuesday 7 July 2026 will be cancelled. The issue or purchase of gift vouchers or credit are excluded from entry eligibility.
    • The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
  6. Prize: The promotion consists of one cash prize draw, valued at $10,000 NZD (incl GST) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for other goods or services.
  7. Winner Notification & Claim: Winner will be drawn at random on or about Tuesday 7 July 2026 by Petdirect. The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details associated with their Petdirect Pet Perks membership within 5 business days with details of the prize fulfilment process.
    • By entering, participants agree to the provision of their relevant contact and payment details with Nature's Ki for the sole purpose of contacting and paying the winner.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoters reserve the right to redraw. The winner must provide the required NZ Bank account verification within 7 business days of notification.
    • The cash prize will be deposited into the winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account in the winner’s name within 21 days of acceptance of the received validated bank account details by Nature’s Ki.
  8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoters may use their name, general location, image, and/or any submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, including but not limited to print, radio, television, and online, in perpetuity, where permitted by law and without additional compensation.
  9. The Promoters reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the Promoters privacy policies. Personal information will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion, unless otherwise consented to. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoters’ privacy policies.
  11. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize.
  12. Brand Disclaimer: This promotion features ORIJEN branded products. ORIJEN is not a promoter of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration, operation, or fulfilment of the promotion.
