- By partaking in this promotion, each Petdirect customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- To be eligible to enter the promotion, customers must purchase any Hill’s Science Diet or Hill’s Prescription Diet product worth over $40 in a single transaction. One transaction = one entry.
- Entrants must be a Pet Perks member of Petdirect.
- Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years of age and over.
- The promotion commences on 01/12/25 and closes at on the 22/12/25 (“Promotional Period”).
- Prize winners (8x winners) will be drawn at random on 23/12/25 at Petdirect Head Office. All winners will be contacted directly by the Petdirect Customer Care team on 23/12/25.
- Prize consists of 1x $284.99 (incl GST) PETKIT Smart Feeder Yumshare Dual-Hopper With Camera per winner (8x Winners).
- All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable because of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Petdirect accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
- If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Petdirect’s control, Petdirect may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winners will be notified by Phone and Email to send out their prize.
- Petdirect reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.
- Petdirect reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
- Petdirect are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, a new winner may be drawn.
- Petdirect reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice or reason.
- Hill’s Pet Nutrition (NZ) Ltd is not liable for any aspects of the prizes, arrangements made between Petdirect and the winner(s), or any other act, conduct or omission of Pet Direct pertaining to this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants and winners release Hill’s Pet Nutrition (NZ) Ltd from any claim associated with the promotion and will hold Hill’s Pet Nutrition (NZ) Ltd harmless in every respect in connection with the promotion and/or prizes.
