1. Eligibility Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Petdirect Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements Competition entry is open from 12.01am Tuesday 24 March – 11.59pm Monday 6 April, 2026. To enter, locate a golden egg on the Petdirect website and submit your email address via the entry form. One entry per person — duplicate submissions using the same or different email addresses will not be considered valid. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Petdirect. This does not apply if you have previously unsubscribed, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Petdirect prize pack. The winner may select products of their choice up to the value of $1,000. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or in-store, and must be processed directly with the Petdirect customer care team. The prize is non-transferable.
4. Draw and Winner Notification The winner will be selected by random draw after the competition closes and notified directly by our customer care team via phone or email. If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 business days, Petdirect reserves the right to redraw.
5. Privacy By entering, you agree to Petdirect collecting and using your personal information to run this promotion, contact the winner, and send marketing communications where applicable. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Your information will be handled in accordance with Petdirect's Privacy Policy.
6. General To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petdirect Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering this promotion or accepting a prize. Petdirect reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or that tampers with the entry process, and to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
