Petdirect Price Match Promise:
At Petdirect, we want to ensure that you always get the best value for your money when shopping for your beloved pets. That's why we offer a Price Match Promise. If you find an identical product to our Product at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price, provided it meets the following terms and conditions:

Product Price: We match the total price of the product only.

Exclusions (Gifts with Purchase): The Price Match Promise does not apply to gifts with purchases.

Product Matching: The competitor's product must exactly match Petdirect's product. It must be authentic, made by the same manufacturer, shipped from the same country of origin, new (not close to or past its used-by date), and identical in size, quantity, colour, and brand.

Publicly Advertised Price: The price must be a publicly advertised price on a valid website. Screenshots of websites will not be accepted.

Competitor Location: The competitor must operate from New Zealand and deal in New Zealand currency.

Inclusion of Costs: The price match applies to the competitor's final price, including GST, taxes, and fees.

Product Availability: The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price comparison.

Future Transactions: Approved price matches do not automatically apply to future transactions with Petdirect. Price matches are a one-off and at our discretion.

Discretion: Petdirect reserves the right to refrain from price matching if it would result in a sale below the cost price. This includes establishments with bulk price buyers such as supermarkets, groceries, and Facebook Marketplace. All price matches are at our sole discretion.

Resellers and Retailers: Not available to resellers or retailers (including TradeMe and Facebook Marketplace).

Quantity Limitation: Petdirect reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price-matching at its discretion.

Exclusions (Other): Excludes expired offers, auction listings, trade quotes, wholesale quantities, warehouse stock, shipping promotions, liquidation or clearance stock, end-of-range and short-dated stock, damaged stock, international retailers, insurance claims, advertising errors by other retailers, services, and gift with purchase deals.

Final Offers: Final offers of price match will be at the discretion of our customer care team. All offers shall be confirmed via an email trail to prevent any misunderstanding. This is to be done before purchase, so the credit can be loaded and then be deducted at checkout.

Validity: Petdirect's Price Match Promise is only valid on the same day as the lower price advertised, and the final price (inclusive of taxes, fees, and charges) must be lower than ours.
Prior to submitting a price matching query, please have the following details ready.
- Website link to competitor
- Size/colour if applicable
- Quantity needed
- Your Petdirect login email address

Best Price Guarantee:
Should any of your Autodeliver products be on price promotion (for non Autodeliver sale) at the time that your Autodeliver order is processed, you will pay the best (lowest) price of:
• your repeat Autodeliver price, or
• the non Autodeliver promotion price (excluding any Multibuy Promotion).
