Savings/discounts shown in respect of a) Pet Perks price, b) Sale price, c) Clearance price or any other promotional offer, represent the saving available for the product shown as compared to the Reference Price.
The Reference Price for these savings is either (1) the supplier's recommended retail price for the product, (2) our regular retail price for non-Pet Perks Members, or (3) the price at which we have recently sold the product (on non-Autodelivery). Pet Perks prices may be offered by Petdirect on select products and are exclusively available to Pet Perks Members only. Pet Perks prices are only available on our Website where the customer is signed in to their Petdirect account at the time of checkout. Purchases made using Guest Checkout are charged at the standard retail price and are not eligible for Pet Perks pricing, regardless of whether the customer holds a Petdirect account.
In the event of a product offering both a Pet Perks price and a Sale Price, then the lowest price will prevail, provided the customer is a Pet Perks Member to be eligible for the Pet Perks price.
Petdirect reserves the right to change all prices, including Pet Perks, Sale and Clearance, without notice and at its sole discretion.
