We only ship to New Zealand addresses and do not ship overseas. However, we can send your order to a friend or family member in New Zealand, and they can organise international shipping for you.
Standard orders
Orders with a total value of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $79 will incur a standard shipping fee of $5.90.
All deliveries are sent with no signature required.
We recommend contacting NZPost directly and adding a comment to your delivery address if you have any special requirements or loose dogs on the property.
Please note that NZPost courier drivers will not enter your dwelling or lift over high fences.

Oversized Item Shipping
Oversized items incur a shipping fee of $49.00. This fee applies to all orders containing an oversized item. Orders are delivered via Fliway with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 business days after dispatch.
