Shipping Costs & Shipping Timelines
We only ship to New Zealand addresses and do not ship overseas. We can send it to a friend/family member here in New Zealand and they can organise to ship it internationally to you.
Standard Orders
Orders with a total value of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $79 will incur a standard shipping fee of $5.90.
All deliveries are sent with no signature required.
Rural Delivery Charges
You may be charged an additional Rural Delivery fee of $4 will apply to orders under $79 if your delivery address is not within a major metropolitan region.
Shipping fees, including the Rural Delivery fee where applicable, will be calculated and applied at checkout. Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders upon reaching the qualifying amount.
Shipping is available throughout New Zealand.
The following delivery timeframes are a guide only:
- Next working day for all main centers
- 2 business days for regional New Zealand
- 3 business days for rural delivery
Whilst we do endeavour to print specific delivery instructions on your parcel, we do recommend contacting NZPost directly and adding a comment to your delivery address if you have any special requirements or loose dogs on the property.
Please note that NZPost courier drivers will not enter your dwelling or lift over high fences.
