How click and collect works

Shop online and add items to your cart.

At checkout, choose click and collect and select your preferred store.

Complete payment online.

We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. (Please wait for this email before heading in.)

Bring photo ID and your order number to the store and collect from the team.
What to bring on collection

Photo ID (e.g., driver licence, passport) that matches the name on the order.

Order number from your ready-for-pickup email.
If you need someone else to collect on your behalf, please contact us before they visit so we can note their name. They’ll need to bring their own photo ID and your order number.
Collection window

Your order will be held for 7 days from the time you receive the ready for pickup email.

Can’t make it in time? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled.
Stock availability

You can check stock online on each product page. If an item shows as in stock at your chosen store, it’s usually available for click and collect right away.

If something is out of stock, you can choose a different store, switch to delivery, or contact us for options.
Returns and exchanges
