If you have more than one Autodeliver order due to process on the same date, we’ll now send them together in a single shipment.
How It Works
When two or more of your Autodeliver orders are scheduled to process on the same day, we’ll automatically combine them into one delivery.
This means:
- Your items will arrive together in one parcel (unless the order is large enough to require separate boxes).
- Combined delivery costs - if applicable, you’ll only be charged once for shipping, or receive free shipping.
- No change to your Autodeliver schedules - each Autodeliver order will continue on its own frequency as usual
Example:
If your dog food Autodeliver runs every 4 weeks, and your flea treatment runs every 8 weeks, they’ll still process on those same cycles. If they happen to fall on the same date, we’ll combine that shipment for you.
Notifications
You’ll be notified about any combined shipments in your usual 3-day Autodeliver reminder email.
That email will let you:
- Review what’s included in your upcoming combined order
- Make any changes before it processes
- Choose to send your orders sooner if needed
