Please be aware that purchases made with a Prezzy Card are NON-REFUNDABLE. Store credits may be offered after discussions with our Customer Care Team.
Please note that our warehouses do not have monetary facilities and purchases cannot be made at our locations in person or “on the spot”.
(Your credit card is automatically saved as your default payment option after checkout, if you wish to remove it, you can do so through the "Saved Cards" option in your account. This option is not available for Autodeliver customers as per the Terms and Conditions of the Autodeliver Policy)
IP Country Block
Our payment gateway has flagged an “IP Country Block” for security reasons. This means that payments or card updates made from outside New Zealand, or using a credit card issued overseas, are not allowed.
To update your payment details, you’ll need to:
Call directly to Petdirect on 0800 200 240 and one the team can update your details for you. You can also authorise a friend or family member within New Zealand to do this on your behalf.
Please do not put credit card details in an email.
Other Payment Methods
We do not currently offer PayPal, Zip, Humm, or other 'Buy Now Pay Later' options.
We also do not accept bank transfers for purchases at this point in time.
