3 days before your scheduled AutoDelivery, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your next order is due to be processed. This is to give you time to make any changes you may need to, update any details or pause/skip your AutoDelivery.
Your payment method will be charged automatically on the date the order is scheduled to be shipped. You may see a pending charge as soon as we begin to prepare your order. There's no need to call or update anything online if your information is up to date already.
Your AutoDelivery may be processed at 3am on the scheduled date, so any changes must be made before this date. We may not be able to action any changes/cancellations/updates for an AutoDelivery that has already processed.
(Please note - your credit card is automatically saved as your default payment option, if you wish to remove it, you can do so through the "Saved Cards" option in your account. This option is not available for AutoDelivery customers as per the Terms and Conditions of the AutoDelivery Policy)
