If your loaded credit card declines we will delay the shipping cycle 24 hours and try again the following day. We will email you, to let you know there may have been an issue with your Auto-Delivery payment and encourage you to check your card is your most up-to-date card and has been updated with us.
We will continue trying to charge this card for up to 6 days following the first declined payment. If the card is not updated or does not have enough credit for 6 days, we will automatically cancel the AutoDelivery.
(Please note - your credit card is automatically saved as your default payment option, if you wish to remove it, you can do so through the "Payment Methods" option in your account. This option is not available for AutoDelivery customers as per the Terms and Conditions of the AutoDelivery Policy)
