Your AutoDelivery may be processed at 3am on the scheduled date, so any changes must be made before this date. We may not be able to action any changes/cancellations/updates for an AutoDelivery that has already processed.
The red arrows below indicate your options to change the dispatch date, change your AutoDelivery frequency, delivery address and Skip, Pause or Cancel, edit items within your upcoming AutoDelivery. Once you are satisfied with your AutoDelivery, you can press "Send Today" to have it processed.
You must add or remove items before you press "Send Today", or they will be a separate order and may incur separate shipping charges.
(Please note, this will not affect any AutoDeliveries that have already been placed)
Updating your AutoDelivery frequency (Deliver every) will not affect the date of your next order - therefore you may wish to also edit the "Next dispatch" date accordingly.
To add items, simply go to the product you wish to add to an upcoming Auto-Delivery and click on 'Add to next AutoDelivery"
You can then opt to have that item sent only once or every time.
To remove an item, simply click on the rubbish bin, next to the item and it will be deleted from your upcoming AutoDelivery order.
We also now have the ability to skip an item, within a specific AutoDelivery. You may want to use this function if you wanted different flavour food to alternate, or in the case of some Flea Treatments, only come every 3 months etc:
Any changes you make to your AutoDelivery will require a you to Update or Confirm before exiting the page.
