Should you need help changing an existing Autodeliver order that has NOT been dispatched yet, there are a number of actions you can action by logging into your Petdirect account including,
- Changing dispatch date
- Adding items to a future Autodeliver order
- Changing your delivery address
- Change payment method
Rest assured that you're not locked into a contract and you have the freedom to change, pause, skip, or cancel your auto-deliver anytime when you're logged in to your PetDirect account - or alternatively, the Customer Care team can guide you through the process.
